Operating instructions

(2)Make sure the power socket is safe and there is no foreign matter left in the charging plug and the charging socket at the vehicle end.
(3)If the shell of the charging cable or charging gun is damaged or the cable is exposed,do not continue to use it.
(4)Keep the plug of the charging gun dry. If there is water, wipe the plug dry with a dry and clean cloth when the whole pile is powered off.

There are four device status indicators in the system, as shown in the figure .The red indicator is the power indicator. When the device is powered on, the red indicator is steady on .A charging port and B charging port respectively have A green charging
indicator. When either port is in the charging state, the corresponding green indicator is on, and the green indicator is off after the charging stops . There is A yellow fault indicator in front of the charging ports A and B. When A port is faulty, the corresponding yellow indicator is on. When the fault is rectified, the yellow indicator is off.

5.Structure installation
The charging pile is designed as outdoor electrical equipment, and the external size is designed as a cabinet with a height of 1747x width of 776x thickness of 620mm. It is made of high strength steel plate with a thickness of 2.0mm.
The surface is dipped with plastic treatment, sprayed with outdoor powder, and treated with anti-moisture, anti-mildew and anti-salt spray. And fully consider the requirements of heat dissipation, with good dustproof and waterproof function, protection grade meets IP54.
Installation condition
(1) There must be no less than 1 meter of operating space around pile installation;
(2) Charging piles must be installed on a customized concrete foundation
(3) The installation base is not less than 150mm above the horizontal ground, and the installation vertical inclination is not more than 5%;
(4) Use a forklift fork to move into the hole of the forklift truck in the channel steel at the bottom of the charging pile. The installation is positioned on the EMBEDDED M12 screw of the installation foundation, and fixed firmly with 6 M12 expansion screws and elastic flat pads;
(5) There is a reliable grounding connection between charging pile and cement foundation, and the grounding resistance must be less than or equal to 4 ω

(7) The AC input line of the charging pile is introduced from the concrete base. Open the back door of the charging pile. There are 5PIN black bakelite terminals at the bottom of the charging pile.
6.Caution
1) In the normal charging process, the steady yellow light indicates normal charging state, and it is strictly forbidden to plug and remove the charging gun when it is charged;
2) In the charging process, when there is a fault, the nix tube will provide an error code or voice prompt. At this time, please record the fault voice prompt and feedback to the manufacturer;
3) To end charging, press the "start/Stop" button first, pull the gun and then disconnect the charger to disconnect the 380Vac power supply;
4) Do not use brute force to pull out the locked gun from the socket, to avoid metal foreign bodies and other conductive materials into the equipment;
5) Non-professionals should not open the charger shell to avoid damage to the charger;
6) Pay attention to the BMS supply voltage of 12V or 24V, select the corresponding charging model number;
7) The charger is equipped with a standard input line. The user needs to connect the external air switch to ensure that the input PE line is reliably grounded;
8) Charge at full power only when the input power distribution capacity is not less than the rated power of the charger;
9) Standard new GB 9-core DC charging gun, no need to install separately;
