The following situations are not covered by this free repair scope. When providing repair services, dealers may charge costs and labor fees at their discretion:
1. Failure due to failure to use or maintain in accordance with this instruction manual
2. Failure due to external factors such as collision, falling from height, stacking or squeezing, stunt performance, other accidents, etc.
3. Repair by non-Leichen authorized dealers, or modification and replacement of original parts of our company
4. Business rental users, or abnormal users
5. Parts that will naturally wear out during normal use
6. Failure to perform proper maintenance or replacement due to wear and tear of consumables, and causing failure and damage to other parts
7. The tire is punctured or hit by foreign objects, causing tire leakage or burst
